All participating vendors must meet our criteria and align with our mission and values be considered and be approved by the committee. If you are approved, you will be notified by email only. Vendors may be required to obtain necessary licenses, permits, etc.
To be a vendors please complete our agreement below. Event vendor fees and assignments are determined by the Event Coordinator. Vendors must provide their own tent, table, chairs and weights to anchor tent that comply with City Fire Marshall requirements.
Set up time is 8:00 am – 9:45 am no exceptions. You must have your vehicle out of the venue by 9:45. Parking is available if lot adjacent to the venue. If you are late you will need to walk it in. Tear down time is 10:00 am. No vehicles may be in the venue before 10:00 am. No acceptations.
